Q. Do you provide free repair estimates?
A. Yes! We provide FREE repair estimates. However, for some insurance claims your insurer may require an Audatex Estimate. Audatex Estimates are carried out for us by a third party company and will incur a fee which will be added on to the estimate final total.
Q. Are your replacement parts Insurance Approved?
A. Yes! If you require replacement parts for your vehicle we will always use Genuine OEM or Insurance Approved Patent Parts. If you have a preference that we only use Genuine OEM parts for your vehicle, please make us aware at the time of the estimate.
Q. Are you a mobile service?
A. No. We are a static, workshop based service. Factors such as weather, season, environment and Health and Safety do have an affect on the size and quality of repair that can be carried out by a mobile service. To best avoid customer dissatisfaction we are solely unit based.
Q. Do you provide a Collection/Delivery service?
A. Yes! We know that it can sometimes be a struggle arranging to drop off your vehicle to be repaired. Partners or friends are busy and can't make the booking date, or you can't find anyone to look after the kids while you drop the car off!
Don't worry! Simply let us know and we can arrange to collect and deliver your vehicle for you!
This service does incur a fee of £20.00
Q. Are there any repair aftercare instructions I need to be aware of?
A. Yes! If you have recently had a repair carried out by us please download and follow these aftercare instructions to get the very best out of your fresh paintwork!
Q. Do you have Term's and Conditions? (T's & C's)
A. Yes! A copy of our repair estimate and booking T's & C's will be emailed to you at the time of estimating. However, please feel free to download a copy of them here.
